Cutting Section

Precision begins in the cutting department, where fabric is prepared for sewing with accuracy and care. Our facility is equipped with advanced fabric spreading machines, straight knife cutters, and band knife machines to ensure consistent and efficient cutting across large volumes.

All fabric layers are carefully spread and aligned before cutting to minimize material wastage and maintain size accuracy. Highly trained staff oversee this process to ensure every pattern piece meets required specifications. The department also includes pre-production sampling and panel checking systems to detect and correct any inconsistencies before bulk cutting begins, ensuring a smooth flow into the sewing process.
