Sewing Section
The sewing unit is the heart of our production line, where skilled craftsmanship meets advanced technology. Starting with just 20 sewing machines in our early days, we now operate with over 300 state-of-the-art sewing machines, including overlock, flatlock, lockstitch, feed-off-the-arm, and specialized hemming machines.
Our experienced operators are trained to work on a variety of knit garments including T-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, and kidswear. The sewing lines are organized for both bulk production and flexible style handling, allowing us to maintain high output while adapting quickly to design changes or custom orders. We also implement in-line quality checks and real-time monitoring systems to ensure each garment is stitched to perfection.
